Failed to log in with username/password

If the following message shows up after you enter username/password, please consider these scenarios.
1. Your authorization has expired.
Solution:If your authorization has expired, please contact our customer service responsible for such issue.

2. Incorrect username/password.
Solution: Please make sure you are using the correct username/password. Note incorrect blanks and upper/lower cases and try again.

3. Incorrect Server (TW default language 1 ; CN default language 2)
Solution: Please make sure you are using the correct server and try again.

4. If none of the above applies, please contact our customer service with detailed description of your difficulties.

Show Trial Courses

When you install/open IBC for the first time, you will be logged in with username: demouser to access IBC Trial courses.

If you have other type of authorization, please follow instructions below.
1. If you are using a learning card.
Please refer to the IBC password activating procedure, enter the password to access the authorized contents of the card.

2. If you are from one of our branches.
Please provide the serial number of your device (as shown in the following picture) to activate your authorization.

3. If you have an authorized username.
Please go to Settings and click Switch accounts, enter your username/password to access the authorized contents of the user.

Message: Network Error

If you see the following message in IBC, it means you are not connected to the internet. Please check your internet settings and make sure you are properly connected to the internet.

Installation Failed – Fail to close ibcD

When installing IBC, if the following message shows up, it means the IBC icon on the bottom right corner of your screen isn’t closed properly. Please click Abort > Cancel to exit the installation process.

Please close the IBC icon according to the following steps.
1. Make sure the IBC icon on the bottom right corner of your screen is closed properly before installing the new version.

2.  If not, please right click the icon and click Exit to close.

Some Stars Do Not Show Up But Not Others.

If some of the interactive stars do not show up or respond, but those on another course material pages work normally, it may be caused by incomplete downloads.

1. Please go to Settings > Clear Cache, then reopen IBC. (only on versions from IBC 3.4.0)
2. If 1. doesn’t fix your problem, please uninstall, and then re-install IBC.(How to uninstall IBC)(How to install IBC)
