Add the <strong>C:\\Program Files(x86)\\IBC<\/strong> file to the exclusion list of your antivirus software.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2. Re-download\/re-install IBC.<\/span><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/manual.ebais.net\/ibc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2017\/11\/cn_%E8%BC%89%E5%85%A5%E4%B8%AD-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If IBC is stuck in loading, these are some possible scenarios.<br \/>\n1<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>.<\/strong> <strong>Blocked by antivirus software: <\/strong><\/span>check whether the IBC icon is showing in the bottom right corner of your screen.<br \/>\nIf not, it means the software may be falsely recognized as malicious by your security system, which caused an incomplete installation.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/manual.ebais.net\/ibc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2017\/04\/Screenshot_1.jpg\" \/><br \/>\nPlease add the <strong>C:\\Program Files(x86)\\IBC<\/strong> file to the exclusion list.
