Before installing the latest version of IBC, please uninstall the older version of IBC.

1. Make sure the IBC icon on the bottom right corner of your screen is closed properly before installing the new version.

2.  If not, please right click the icon and click Exit to close.

3.
(1) Go to Start , and find the IBC file, click Uninstall.

(2) Click Uninstal

(3) Complete uninstall, click Leave.

(4) Find the operation file, remove shortcut or paste the route to search.
—Window 7 and later versions—
Open Local > C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp and find the IBC shorcut.
Select all, right click > delete

—For Windows XP and older systems—
Click My Computer > C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
Find the IBC shortcut > Right click > Delete.
Or
Click Start on the bottom left corner >All programs > Startup, and Right click > Delete this menu.

4. Complete uninstall.

Latest version of IBC is ver3.4.1 (Update Log)

7. Click the IBC icon on your desktop, log in and start using IBC.

Suggested Installation Environment for IBC：
Windows 10 and later versions, i3 or higher CPU, 4GB+ RAM , 128GB SSD, with internet connection.
Android 4.4 and later versions, 10”+ tablet, 3GM+ RAM, 32GB+ ROM.
Two devices have bandwidth 16M/3M in total. (each has at least 5M/1M)
Using a static IP address.
Using wired Internet connection.

Others：
*Please refrain from using the computer installed with IBC for other tasks.
*Please add IBC to the exclusion list of your antivirus software.
*Using a dynamic IP address is possible, but it will be less stable than a static IP address.
*Please do not connect to IBC through mobile network.
*We recommend against using WIFI.

Known unsolvable problems：
Some mobile broadband providers change their routing for every message sent, which makes them unable to be received by our server.
Using hidden IP or proxy server.
