防毒软件阻挡问题

安装或开启IBC时，若遇防毒软件阻挡，停留在＂载入中＂或＂正在启动ibcD＂无法顺利开启(如图)请将
C:\Program Files(x86)\IBC整个资料夹加入防毒软件白名单，再重新安装IBC。
